Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President of Finance and Administration to lead the company's financial operations and administrative functions. This senior leadership position will oversee financial planning, accounting, reporting, compliance, risk management, and administrative operations while working closely with company leadership to support sustainable growth. The ideal candidate brings strong financial leadership, strategic planning experience, and the ability to translate financial information into effective business decisions.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company objectives and long-term growth plans.

Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and financial projection modeling.

Oversee corporate accounting functions, financial reporting, and internal financial controls.

Ensure accurate financial reporting in accordance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Monitor financial performance, profitability, cash flow, operating expenses, and key financial metrics.

Lead risk analysis and develop strategies to identify, manage, and mitigate financial and operational risks.

Oversee tax compliance, regulatory reporting, internal controls, and audit activities.

Direct treasury and cash management activities, including cash flow planning and banking relationships.

Review financial statements and provide clear analysis and recommendations to senior leadership.

Oversee finance and administrative team members, promoting accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
