Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Director of Finance to oversee financial operations, planning, reporting, and analysis for the company. This role will play an important part in strengthening financial processes, supporting strategic decision-making, and maintaining the company’s financial health as we continue to grow. The ideal candidate has strong accounting and financial management experience, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work closely with company leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage financial strategies that support company goals and long-term growth.

Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and cash flow management.

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and financial controls.

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Analyze financial performance, costs, profitability, and key business metrics to support management decisions.

Develop financial models and projections to evaluate business opportunities and potential risks.

Monitor cash flow and maintain effective relationships with banks and other financial partners.

Establish and maintain appropriate financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.

Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting systems, and cost management.

Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

Lead, supervise, and support finance team members while promoting accuracy,
