• Oversee corporate accounting functions, ensuring adherence to GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles), IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards), IAS (International Accounting Standards), and other relevant regulations.
• Lead financial planning, forecasting analysis, and the development of financial projection models to support strategic decision-making.
• Manage risk analysis processes, including SOX compliance (Sarbanes-Oxley Act), risk management frameworks, and regulatory reporting obligations.
• Supervise treasury management activities such as cash flow optimization, expense management, cost control, and revenue cycle management.
• Interpret complex financial statements and reports to provide actionable insights for senior leadership; write clear financial reports for stakeholders.
