Contract, part-time. 100 to 150 dollars per hour based on experience and results.

We are an established Brooklyn dental practice focused on implants and full-mouth treatment. We are not hiring a marketing agency. We want an independent expert to help us build it in-house.

The role: work directly with the practice owner to audit and build Google and Meta ad campaigns, set up proper tracking from lead all the way through collected revenue, help us understand which campaigns generate real patients and train our staff to manage day-to-day. Teaching us is core. You should have hands-on experience personally managing Google and Meta Ads, ideally in dental, elective healthcare, or high-ticket services. We value results over buzzwords.

• Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to our goals, including SEO, paid advertising, social media marketing, and content creation.
• Optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads (including Google AdWords), Facebook Advertising, and other social media channels to maximize ROI.
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices using SEO tools to improve organic search rankings and website visibility.
• Set up digital marketing campaigns utilizing marketing automation tools, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other web analytics reporting platforms.
• Gide creating of engaging content for websites, blogs, email marketing campaigns, and social media channels that resonate with target audiences.
