Practice Flow Location: Los Angeles, CA / Remote (Nationwide) Role Type: Independent Partnership / Contract (1099) Compensation: 100% performance-based (1099). Uncapped commission, recurring income, and a channel override. No base, no cap. A fully ramped book projects to 145,000–145,000–180,000 a year, compounding well beyond that as the recurring layer matures. Year one is a ramp and lands below that. About Practice Flow

The Role

Most of our partners work direct, one practice at a time. This role works through the companies those practices already pay.

Revenue cycle firms, EHR add-on vendors, and healthcare AI companies each sit on hundreds of practice relationships. They have the trust and the standing invitation. What they don't have is anyone teaching their customers to use what they bought. That gap is your opening.

You build partnerships with those companies and turn each one into a standing source of practice introductions. Then you close the practices those introductions send you.
