Director of Marketing (Fractional/Remote) — Commercial Real Estate

Collektion Capital is a vertically integrated and active owner-operator of multi-tenant small-bay industrial properties across Florida and Georgia. We're hiring an experienced marketing professional to own our marketing function on a part-time, fractional basis, reporting directly to the CEO.

This is a senior, high-autonomy role with no direct reports. You'll set the strategy and execute it yourself, bringing in outside designers, developers, or other freelance support as projects require.

Responsibilities

• Assess the company's current marketing position and build the marketing plan and strategy
• Plan, coordinate, and direct all marketing efforts across the firm
• Conduct competitor research and analyze demand for the company's services and asset class
• Build brand awareness and positioning across the portfolio
• Write clear, professional copy for investor materials, property marketing, and collateral
• Manage marketing projects from concept through completion, coordinating with external designers, developers, and vendors
• Compile and maintain descriptions of the company's offerings and services
• Develop and manage marketing budgets, including R&D appropriations, expenditures, and profit/loss projections
• Identify and profile potential customers and investor segments
• Create and manage advertising campaigns

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial real estate marketing, or a closely related field such as asset management, brokerage, investment sales, or institutional real estate services
• Demonstrated success managing integrated marketing campaigns utilizing SEO strategies, social media advertising campaigns, email marketing, and performance marketing techniques
• Experience with CRM systems; HubSpot preferred
• Strong strategic and analytical skills combined with hands-on execution ability
• Excellent written communication skills; able to produce polished, professional copy independently
