We are looking for an innovation focused leader to own the AI and Digital Marketing for the global technology peripherals business. This is a leadership role with two connected mandates.

• Digital Marketing: build and execute a unified global digital marketing strategy across the portfolio’s B2B brands (Kensington, EPOS) and consumer brand (PowerA), while leading, coaching and developing a high-performing global digital marketing team. This role requires a strong understanding of website infrastructure, digital performance data, compliance standards, and global coordination.
• AI Strategy: define and drive the organisation’s AI strategy. This begins with marketing, demand generation and customer experience and in the longer term, across multiple departments throughout the business.

The role uniquely blends hands-on digital marketing leadership with enterprise-level AI vision, change management and the credibility to influence at senior levels. This role will suit someone equally comfortable shaping strategy and rolling up their sleeves to deliver measurable commercial impact. The ideal candidate has experience managing digital teams and executing large-scale, data-informed initiatives across multiple regions.
