Job Description
ABOUT ALDERLAW
AlderLaw was founded in 2000 to represent people whose lives have been gravely affected by an accident or other circumstances. The firm represents plaintiffs in personal injury, business torts, and employment litigation, and has recovered more than $3.1 billion for its clients. AlderLaw is heavily invested in its people and technology, providing round-the-clock service to clients and referring attorneys — many of whom consider the AlderLaw team an extension of their own office.
POSITION SUMMARY
AlderLaw is seeking a strategic, results-driven Director of Marketing to lead the firm's marketing strategy across multiple brands, businesses, and growth initiatives. This individual shapes the firm's brand and public voice, leads community involvement, traditional media, online reputation, and referral relationships, and is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategy, leading the marketing team, and overseeing agency and vendor relationships. The ideal candidate is both a strategic leader and a hands-on operator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable with the language of a plaintiff-side law practice, and uses data to drive business decisions and marketing ROI. This position is open to remote candidates.
