PLEASE NOTE: This role is Hybrid role - Remote with occasional travel to the come in East Dallas. A few days per quarter at most. This role will report directly to the CTO with direct interaction of the Founder / CEO.

Duties

• Lead the development of backend systems using Python, ensuring robust integration with AI models, LLMs, and EDI protocols to automate complex billing tasks.
• Design and implement scalable microservices architectures utilizing cloud infrastructure such as AWS or Azure to support high-volume data processing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop RESTful APIs and web services that facilitate seamless communication between components and external systems.
• Develop intuitive front-end interfaces with React, Angular, or similar frameworks to improve usability for end-users managing billing workflows.
• Apply system design principles to create efficient database schemas using relational databases like SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL, as well as NoSQL options like MongoDB.
• Implement rigorous testing strategies including unit testing, integration testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables aligned with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) standards.
