As the Sr Product Manager for Product-Led Growth (PLG), you will spearhead the end-to-end vision, global strategy, and roadmap for Docusign's Product-Led Growth conversational AI and agentic experiences; specifically focused on customer acquisition and top-of-funnel experiences across docusign.com. This high-impact, senior leadership role is responsible for orchestrating cross-functional excellence between Regional Growth Marketing, Digital Business, Sales, and Product Engineering teams to achieve Docusign's global strategic objectives. You are a seasoned product leader capable of developing a 12 month strategy that redefines how customers engage with Docusign. This role combines a deep understanding of conversational AI best practices, agentic experiences, AEO and LLM lead generation capabilities, prompt engineering, and business partnership to deliver measurable business value and world-class customer experiences.
