The Software Engineer II Role.

Reality Defender is looking for a Software Engineer II to help build and support our Microsoft Teams integration, with a particular focus on the Teams bot and underlying real-time audio/video media functionality.

This is a hands-on software engineering role for someone with strong .NET/C# experience who enjoys working on integrations, real-time systems, and production applications.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft Teams, bots, meeting applications, or real-time media streaming. However, direct Teams experience is not required if you have a strong .NET background and relevant experience building real-time audio/video, communications, or similar applications.

You’ll work closely with engineering, product, and AI teams to build secure, scalable, and reliable integrations that bring Reality Defender’s detection capabilities directly into enterprise communication workflows.
