Overview:

Leads regional marketing efforts by managing a team of professionals who develop high-quality proposals and collateral that support business development and sales initiatives. This role ensures alignment with brand standards, streamlines marketing processes and drives strategies that support both local market needs and firmwide objectives. Responsibilities: Leadership and Direction* Provides day-to-day leadership, coaching and operational oversight to a regional team of marketing team leads and specialists.

* Operates as a mid-level management role with supervisory responsibilities. Collaborates with senior marketing and regional leadership to shape marketing strategy while maintaining responsibility for team performance, talent development and tactical execution.
