Baliston Health helps practitioners understand how their patients move. Our insoles, equipped with AI Mov-Scan technology, capture movement during walking, running and jumping. The platform provides a Full Clinical Report with 30+ biomechanical parameters, depending on the assessment, and Balia, our AI assistant, helps practitioners interpret the findings in plain language. Practitioners direct all clinical decisions.

Our technology is used by 1,500+ practitioners in 20+ countries, across podiatry, physical therapy, hospitals, older adult care and sports medicine. Peer-reviewed research reports 95% concordance with optical motion capture for the validated metrics and protocols. The device is FDA registered (Class II, 510(k) exempt) and CE marked.

The opportunity

You will build and run our commercial growth activity, starting in the US. Podiatry is our initial priority, followed by physical therapy, chiropractic care and athletic training.. You will establish a repeatable approach there, then adapt what works to other specialties and markets.

We are looking for a commercially driven leader with real experience delivering growth. You understand how campaigns, funnels and customer journeys work in practice, can give clear direction and useful feedback, and contribute directly to messaging, experiments and analysis when needed. You know how to make progress with a lean team and specialist support, coach the people doing the work, and build the team further as the business grows.

The goal is to help practitioners discover Baliston Health, understand its value and move confidently toward purchase online or through a rep or distribution partner.
