As a Senior Manager, Back End Engineering, you'll lead a team of engineers responsible for the core policy, billing, and financial ledger platforms that support key product and operational initiatives at Quanata.

You'll combine people leadership with technical and architectural guidance, helping your team deliver scalable, secure, high-performing systems. You'll also help improve how the team operates, from engineering processes and capacity planning to technical
