Senior AI/ML Consultant, Amazon Bedrock and AgentCore (Healthcare)

About the role

D9Tech is hiring a senior AI/ML consultant to lead agentic AI delivery for upcoming AWS Professional Services work. The customer is a healthcare company automating its claims processing. You'll own the technical roadmap, run customer workshops, and guide a team of developers.

What you'll do

• Lead the design and delivery of agentic AI solutions on Amazon Bedrock and Bedrock AgentCore (Runtime, Observability)
• Architect RAG solutions on Bedrock Knowledge Bases and multi-agent systems with the Strands Agents SDK
• Own the technical roadmap for claims automation and run customer discovery and design workshops
• Establish MLOps practices, including evaluation, monitoring, and deployment pipelines
• Mentor developers and keep the work compliant with HIPAA

Required

• 10+ years in technology delivery
• 5+ years leading enterprise AI/ML programs
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Bedrock (agents, Knowledge Bases, or RAG)
• Experience leading customer-facing workshops and technical engagements
• Must be based in the United States

Preferred

• Hands-on Bedrock AgentCore and Strands Agents SDK
• Healthcare, payer, or claims domain experience
• MLOps on AWS (SageMaker, MLflow, or similar)
• HIPAA or SOC 2 environments
• AWS certifications (Machine Learning, Generative AI, Solutions Architect Professional)
