### The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Property Portfolio Finance Manager to lead financial reporting and accounting for multiple properties within Kasa's growing hospitality portfolio. This role is critical in managing monthly property-level reporting, portfolio-wide financial metrics and reconciliations, intercompany transactions, and cash flow forecasting. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in hospitality and real estate accounting, exceptional analytical skills, and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
