Role Summary

The AI Portfolio, Governance & Value Realization Lead will operate the management system for the Global Distribution AI portfolio - helping ensure GD identifies the highest-value AI opportunities, makes deliberate resource-allocation decisions, removes blockers, and measures realized business impact.

Reporting to the Director, AI Enablement & Ecosystem, this role will serve as the central point of coordination for AI intake, portfolio visibility, prioritization, governance, executive reporting, and value realization across Global Distribution.

The role will work across transformational AI products, targeted workflow interventions, Associate-built solutions, and scaled enablement initiatives. It will not own delivery of the initiatives; instead, it will establish the common discipline and transparency required to drive prioritization, assess level of effort required, and measure impact
