About the Role

Happen Bank is looking for a Principal Information Systems Engineer to own the strategy, architecture, and technical direction for our Windows and Mac end user computing environment. You’ll serve as the senior technical authority for device management, security, automation, and endpoint modernization, while acting as the escalation point for the most complex and high-impact issues.

In this role, you’ll shape how Happen manages and secures devices at scale, modernize tooling and processes, and design automation that improves reliability and reduces repetitive work. You’ll also mentor teammates and partner with vendors and onshore/offshore resources to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business needs.What You'll Do ------------------

• Serve as the top escalation point for Windows and Mac issues Helpdesk can’t resolve, diagnosing and closing out the most complex, high-visibility problems, while simultaneously solving the “why does this keep happening and how do I engineer this to not happen again”
• Administer SCCM, Intune and JAMF, building and deploying application packages and OS images to laptops and desktops across the globe
