Purpose

Own the FP&A data infrastructure. Connect all financial data sources and process them into an accurate, secure system of data and processes to feed real-time data to FP&A analysts for fast, deep forecasting and decision support.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Connect and automate data feeds for: invoicing, cash flow forecasting, revenue forecasting, revenue recognition, expense modeling
• Feed data needs across FP&A processes and systems
• Connect HR headcount data to FP&A tools
• Push all outputs into Drivetrain for reporting, analysis, and versioning
• Automate data refresh
• Set access controls to keep data secure
• Create controls and validations to ensure data accuracy
• Build AI-assisted workflows using Claude and other tools
• Partner with IT on system integrations, ensuring data flows reliably and securely across connected platforms
• Establish Drivetrain as the source of truth for analysis and reporting — ensuring Claude AI can be used by FP&A and leadership for self-service reporting of all metrics
• Maintain single source of truth across all connected data sets
