About the Role & Team

We are looking for a Director of Product to lead our Growth Platforms organization, responsible for building the technology and data capabilities that power customer growth, engagement, and retention across PENN's online gaming and digital retail experiences. This leader will own the evolution of our promotions, loyalty, CRM, segmentation, and marketing data capabilities, including building a unified promotional platform that can serve customers across digital and retail experiences.
