Position Overview

The Director of Systems Integration & Mission Solutions occupies a unique intersection between advanced systems engineering and government business development. This position is anchored in deep technical credibility and the ability to understand how emerging technologies can address mission needs across complex defense platforms, system-of-systems architectures, and Government Programs of Record (PoR). The role will translate that technical understanding into compelling mission-impact narratives, identify opportunities for technology insertion and transition, and help drive those opportunities toward adoption by government and warfighting customers.

This role functions as the technical lead within the BD team, working in coordination with senior executives who manage key government and prime-contractor relationships. It leads the technical development of opportunities by assessing mission and system requirements, defining solution approaches, evaluating hardware and software integration considerations, and developing rigorous, engineering-based value propositions. The role combines strong technical judgment with a working understanding of government acquisition, technology transition, and program office dynamics to ensure opportunities are technically sound, mission-aligned, and positioned for execution.
