Director of Finance

LeadingAge New York, a statewide association representing not-for-profit and government long-term care providers, seeks a director of finance to lead the financial operations of a $4 million multi-affiliate organization, including a 501(c)(3), 501(c)(4), and for-profit entity.

Responsibilities include overseeing accounting operations, maintaining fiscal records and internal controls, preparing financial reports, coordinating the annual audit, presenting to the organization’s finance and investment committees and the board of directors and supervising payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable functions. Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance with at least 5 or more years progressive accounting experience. Nonprofit accounting and multi-company accounting are highly preferred. LeadingAge New York offers competitive compensation, outstanding benefits, and a collaborative work environment. Salary range 110,000 to 130,000.
