Compensation: $165,000 - $175,000 USD + bonus, equity & benefits

We're hiring a Head of Finance and Operations to own the financial and operational backbone of our business. This is a hands-on role with finance at its core, spanning accounting, planning and analysis, HR administration, contracts, compliance, and the systems and vendors that keep our company running.

You'll be accountable for accurate and timely financials, understanding how the business is performing against plan, and making sure we have the processes and controls to operate effectively. Beyond finance, you'll own our core back-office functions - working with outside providers and counsel where appropriate - and look for opportunities to make the way we operate better.
