Position Overview

The DevOps Engineer III, specializing in AI & Business Automation, is a senior technical role within the Business Technology department, responsible for designing and delivering intelligent automation solutions, full-stack custom business applications, and software integrations that drive operational efficiency across the organization. This role will develop AI-powered agents and workflows leveraging platforms such as Anthropic Claude and Google Gemini, build and maintain mission-critical internal tools and systems, and help lay the foundation for a dedicated AI Automation & Integrations practice within Business Technology. The position reports directly to the Director of Business Technology and is instrumental in bridging the gap between business operations and emerging AI capabilities.
