As a data engineer senior or lead on the CLTG Data Analytics Data Warehouse team, you’ll build and support scalable data infrastructure solutions that help business partners, analysts, and data science teams use trusted data across legacy and modern platforms. This role will work with traditional relational databases, Snowflake, cloud storage, APIs, vendor data, and other data sources to design, automate, and maintain reliable data pipelines. You’ll help modernize existing data processes, support performance-tuned data solutions, contribute to code reviews, create automated testing and documentation, and partner with application teams to integrate data products and data science solutions into business applications.

This is a remote position for US based work only.

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Information Technology discipline or related field of study and minimum of two years of work experience designing, programming, and supporting software programs or applications.
• In lieu of degree, minimum of four years related work experience designing, programming, and supporting software programs or applications may be accepted.

Preferred skills

• Strong hands-on experience building and supporting data pipelines, data transformations, and data infrastructure solutions across relational databases, Snowflake, cloud platforms, object storage, APIs, vendor data, and other structured or semi-structured data sources.
• Experience designing maintainable, performance-focused data engineering solutions using SQL, automation, monitoring, reusable patterns, and strong engineering practices, including automated testing, data validation, documentation, code reviews, and production support.
• Working knowledge of cloud data engineering practices, including AWS services, infrastructure as code, CI/CD, source control, environment management, automated deployment processes, and ETL/ELT patterns.
• Ability to support analytics and data science teams by building reliable data ingestion, orchestration, and processing solutions that enable reporting, machine learning, and other analytical use cases.
• Strong collaboration and mentoring skills, with the ability to partner with application teams, architects, analysts, BI partners, and business stakeholders while helping less experienced team members grow in modern data engineering, cloud, Snowflake, and automation practices.

Compensation

• $118,000 - $164,800/year depending on position level and experience
• Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30-40% (depending on positive level) of your eligible earnings based on company performance
