What you'll do

As a Manager within the Corporate FP&A group, this role manages and supports Docusign's consolidated monthly forecasting, quarterly outlook, and annual planning processes. This individual supports critical company-wide financial modeling, while driving high forecast accuracy, operational discipline, and continuous process improvements. Operating as a high-impact individual contributor, this role collaborates closely across the CFO organization and partners with Accounting to synthesize complex datasets into clear executive reporting, month-end close alignments, and Board of Directors deliverables.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr. Director, FP&A.

Responsibility

* Manage and support Docusign's consolidated forecasting processes across monthly, quarterly, and annual planning cycles, driving bottom-up departmental forecast accuracy as inputs roll into the corporate P&L * Build and continuously optimize the company-wide headcount financial model, encompassing departmental headcount, hiring capacity, attrition, and compensation and benefits forecasting * Develop and enhance robust corporate financial models to track key operational metrics, unco
