The Role

The Dyrt is hiring a Consumer App Subscription Growth Manager to turn data-driven insights into shipped, revenue-generating improvements for our PRO subscription.

Leveraging our strong analytics, experimentation, and automation tools, you will turn growth signals into clear priorities and shipped improvements across paid acquisition, landing pages, onboarding, trial conversion, lifecycle messaging, retention, and cancellation.

Key Responsibilities

• Find Growth Opportunities: Analyze data across the subscription funnel to surface high-impact growth levers, isolate metric drivers, and separate signal from noise.
• Decide What Changes: Translate insights into crisp product and marketing changes. Define target screens, copy, logic, and audiences via short specs, copy docs, wireframes, and design briefs.
• Get Changes Shipped: Write tickets, partner with surface owners across web, app, email, billing, and paid channels, resolve ambiguity, and drive features across the finish line.
• Call the Result: Set success metrics before launch and rigorously evaluate every release to execute a clear verdict: Ship, Kill, or Iterate.
• Own the Growth Queue: Maintain and defend our prioritized growth backlog, making clear, compelling cases for what the team should build next.
• Improve the System: Refine our AI tools, automation, and documentation workflows so team learnings compound over time.
