Director, Product Marketing

The Director, Product Marketing, Decision and AI Lab leads the product marketing function for Lumivero's Decision portfolio — @RISK, Predict, and SharpCloud — together with emerging AI Lab initiatives. This role will set shared standards for positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution while managing, coaching, and developing product marketers aligned to these products. This role owns go-to-market planning for major releases, including launches, sales enablement, and campaign timing coordinated with Demand Generation, and partners with Product Management leadership so market and competitive input shape the roadmap. The Director also supports pricing and packaging strategy alongside Sales and Finance and maintains the competitive intelligence program used across the business. Drives sales enablement plus post-launch adoption, retention, and expansion in partnership with Customer Success, using customer feedback and usage data to ensure a strong customer experience. Success is measured by launch quality, pipeline and revenue impact, and the strength of the team this role builds.

Positioning, Messaging & Market Intelligence

• Set positioning and messaging standards used across the product marketing team.
• Align positioning and go-to-market standards across @RISK, Predict, and SharpCloud so the Decision portfolio tells a consistent story to the market.
• Maintain the competitive intelligence and market analysis program used across the business, including input into roadmap planning with PM leadership.

Pricing, Packaging & Go-to-Market Launch

• Own pricing and packaging strategy in partnership with Sales and Finance.
• Own go-to-market planning and launch execution for major releases across the Decision portfolio, including tiering, release operations, and campaign timing.
