The role

The Chief of Staff is one of the most important hires we'll make this year.

Our business is at a pivotal point, and our CEO, Paul, is looking for a product-focused operator and strategist to partner with. You'll report directly to Paul, working in lockstep to bring rigor to our operating layers, drive a metrics-driven product strategy, optimize through AI implementation, and own high-impact special projects.

This is not a Chief of Staff role where you watch; you will lead.

You'll carry real, delegated authority, designated by Paul and the leadership team. You'll independently own work that shapes how our business operates — strategic product insights, cross-company metrics, EPD health, executive effectiveness, AI enablement, and special projects.

Who you are
