Our Chief of Staff serves as a strategic partner to the CEO and a trusted advisor to the Executive Operating Team, helping translate priorities into execution across the enterprise. This role acts as a force multiplier for the CEO, ensuring organizational focus, alignment, accountability, and effective decision-making.

Our Chief of Staff operates at the intersection of strategy, operations, communications, and governance. Rather than owning a specific functional area, this leader enables the business to execute its most important priorities by facilitating leadership alignment, managing executive operating rhythms, supporting Board meeting cadences, and driving cross-functional initiatives that require enterprise coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Leadership & Strategic Alignment* Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the Executive Team on enterprise priorities, organizational effectiveness, and business performance. * Translate strategic objectives into clear executive action plans and governance mechanisms. * Ensure alignment across the Executive Team on priorities, decisions, risks, and key initiatives. * Monitor progress against company goals and proactively identify obstacles, dependencies, and execution risks. * Prepare executive analyses, business cases, presentations, and recommendations to support decision-making.
