About This Job

The VP, Treasury Relationship Manager is responsible for driving commercial deposit growth and treasury management revenue by developing new client relationships within assigned industry verticals and target markets. This role serves as a trusted advisor to middle market and commercial clients, delivering customized treasury management solutions that help businesses optimize cash flow, improve operational efficiency, and manage risk.

The successful candidate will originate and grow new commercial banking relationships through proactive business development, strategic networking, and consultative sales efforts. Working closely with relationship managers, lending teams, and other internal partners, the VP, Treasury Relationship Manager will identify opportunities to expand client relationships, increase deposit balances, and deliver treasury management products and services that support client objectives while achieving the Bank's growth and profitability goals. This position requires a self-motivated sales professional who thrives in a results-oriented environment and can independently manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through implementation and ongoing relationship management.Responsibilities:
