Vice President of Finance

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Vice President of Finance to lead our financial operations and drive sustainable growth. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Oversee all accounting functions, including corporate accounting, governmental accounting, non-profit accounting, and technical accounting practices such as ASC 606 revenue recognition standards.
• Manage budgeting processes, financial projections, and cost control initiatives to optimize resource allocation.
• Ensure accurate preparation and interpretation of financial statements, reports, and analyses in compliance with GAAP, IFRS, IAS standards, and industry regulations.
• Direct treasury management activities including cash flow analysis, investment management, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Implement robust internal controls and risk analysis procedures to safeguard assets and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead the finance team in utilizing data analytics tools and financial software to enhance reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning, business development opportunities, and industry market insights.
