Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Vice President of Finance to lead our financial operations and drive the company's financial growth. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of financial management, including reporting, analysis, and compliance, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This leadership role requires a deep understanding of financial markets, accounting principles, and data analytics tools to support informed decision-making and sustainable business development.

Duties

• Oversee daily financial operations to ensure efficient and accurate management of company finances.
• Lead and manage the finance team, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes professional growth and high performance.
• Develop, implement, and monitor financial strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports for executive leadership, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies in accordance with GAAP standards.
• Utilize data analytics tools to analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for strategic planning.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies.
• Manage budgeting processes, forecasts, and financial planning activities to support business growth.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of financial markets to inform investment decisions and risk management strategies.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial performance and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience in finance or accounting roles with significant leadership responsibilities; prior experience as a Vice President or senior finance executive is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and regulatory requirements.
• Extensive experience with accounting systems and data analytics tools used for financial analysis.
• Deep understanding of financial markets and investment principles.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex financial operations effectively while leading a team.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets into strategic insights.
• Exceptional communication skills to convey complex financial information clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certifications such as CPA or CFA are advantageous.

Pay: $140,631.93 - $152,235.53 per year
