Job Summary

The Senior Test Automation Engineer serves as a technical leader responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing automation frameworks and strategies across complex systems and integrations. This position leads automation efforts for multiple projects, provides guidance to peers, and ensures that automation initiatives align with organizational quality objectives. This role also leads the transition of test automation assets from legacy frameworks to modern, AI-augmented automation platforms, ensuring continuity of coverage throughout the migration. The Senior Engineer will drive innovation and continuous improvement in test automation to ensure efficient and scalable testing practices that support Acentra Health’s healthcare technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise-level test automation frameworks and scripts.
• Define automation strategies, standards, and best practices to ensure consistency across QA teams.
