The Role

This senior marketing program management role leads complex, high-visibility initiatives while helping transform the Marketing PMO into an AI-first organization.The role manages strategic programs and drives PMO process improvement by leveraging AI to streamline project management, reporting, coordination, and decision-making to evolve the PMO from Project administration towards value orchestration.

The ideal candidate will rethink how work gets done and redesign process around what’s possible with AI with automating workflows, implementing AI-enabled ways of working, and redesigning processes around human-AI collaboration rather than just using AI to be more efficient.

Through program leadership and innovation, this role will help define and scale the future state of the Marketing PMO.
