About the Role

Happen Bank is looking for a strategic, execution-focused Sr Performance Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition and growth across Paid Search, Paid Social, and Display. Reporting to the Sr Director of Growth Marketing, you’ll own channel strategy and execution, use performance insights and experimentation to optimize investment, and identify opportunities to improve acquisition efficiency and business outcomes.

You’ll partner closely with Analytics, Product, Legal, Operations, Finance, and external agencies to launch and optimize campaigns while bringing strong analytical judgment and hands-on digital marketing expertise to a fast-moving, regulated environment.What You'll Do ------------------

• Own and manage Paid Search, Paid Social, and Display campaigns for Personal Loans, while partnering across Direct Mail, Partners/Affiliates, Email, and Online & Mobile Banking cross-sell initiatives with support from Performance Marketing Agency and Analytics teams
• Analyze and report on daily, weekly, and monthly channel trends and KPIs, identifying optimization opportunities and translating performance insights into recommendations that improve acquisition and business outcomes
• Provide strategic, data-driven recommendations to senior leadership base
