We are seeking a passionate problem solver to work as a Software Engineer in Performance and Tools team to:* Enhance and maintain in-house synthetic data generation tools * Investigate performance issues in enterprise applications * Develop, maintain and optimize performance scripts and test framework * Validate and improve the scalability, reliability of enterprise applications and cloud-native systems.

Key Responsibilities

* Support quality and development teams with the test data generation requirements. * Learn in-house test data generation tool and enhance its capabilities. * Develop solutions with an AI-centric approach. * Design, develop, and execute performance test scenarios. * Troubleshooting performance issues by analyzing application, infrastructure, and database bottlenecks. * Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines. * Collaborate with Development, QA, DevOps, and SRE teams to resolve performance issues. * Integrate AI/ML techniques into performance testing. * Integrate observability tools in performance analysis and related processes * Perform Load, Stress, Spike, Endurance (Soak), Volume, and Scalability testing. * Create performance reports, reporting frameworks and provide optimization recommendations.
