The Role

This is a high-ownership fullstack role where you’ll contribute to — and grow into owning — core internal platform systems end-to-end. You’ll primarily work on building and improving the internal tools, services, and workflows that power our operations, products, and AI-driven infrastructure at scale.

What You’ll Own

* Contribute to the design and development of end-to-end fullstack systems powering critical internal workflows and platform capabilities.

* Build clean, scalable backend services and APIs with clear contracts and ownership.

* Develop high-quality, performant frontend interfaces used by internal teams and stakeholders.

* Participate in data modeling and database performance optimization (schema design, query tuning, maintainability).

* Collaborate closely with product, operations, and design teams to translate ambiguous requirements into scalable systems.

* Improve platform reliability, observability, and developer experience across internal tooling.
