The Role at a Glance

We’re looking for a Software Engineer to join our technology team and play an important role in a global IT transformation initiative.

This is an opportunity for an early-career software engineer who has a solid technical foundation and is ready to grow. You don’t need to be an expert in every technology we use. We’re looking for someone who can contribute hands-on, learn quickly, ask thoughtful questions, and build strong working relationships with technical and business partners.

You’ll work closely with software engineers and technology teams in both the U.S. and Paris, helping develop and modernize applications that support our business. Because this is a highly collaborative global project, communication, reliability, adaptability, and the ability to build trust across teams will be just as important as your technical skills.

This role includes approximately monthly travel to Paris, France, with our Paris-based engineering partners also traveling regularly to Houston for onsite collaboration and training for the first few months. Where You’ll Be Working
