The Mortgage engineering team plays a crucial role in achieving our ambitious goals and delivering an exceptional customer experience. We are connectors, leaders, and dedicated collaborators, working together to streamline the real estate transaction process and create a delightful and trustworthy journey for our customers.

As part of the ZHL platform group, our team is responsible for developing and enabling ease of adoption of key Mortgage tech enablers of Tasks and workflows. These enablers power the mortgage domain's customer experience, operator tools, marketing, and analytics systems. We are backend developers who are transforming and designing innovative lending systems that will provide a unified experience for our various lines of business and bring joy to our customers. About the role ------------------

- Architect, design, and implement scalable, maintainable software applications and services that align with business and user needs. - Lead end-to-end development efforts, including solution design, coding, code reviews, testing, deployment, and monitoring for complex features. - Optimize application performance, reliability, security, and operability through thoughtful design and observability. - Collaborate with product, engineering, and other partner teams to translate requirements into technical solutions and drive alignment. - Mentor and coach engineers by sharing best practices in software design, coding standards, and operational excellence. - Champion modern engineering practices (automation, CI/CD, testability)
