Senior Software Engineer - API & Integration Lead

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer - API & Integration Lead to serve as the engineering lead for Ensemble 2.0, a business-critical integration platform that connects external partners with Greentech and CED systems. Working closely with the Principal Software Engineer / Architect and Product Owner, this role will translate architecture into production-ready C#/.NET services, establish reusable API, SQL Server, and integration patterns, and guide the phased migration of legacy workflows. The ideal candidate combines deep hands-on engineering skill with the judgment and communication needed to mentor teammates and build services that are reliable, observable, auditable, and supportable.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience. * 7+ years of professional software development experience, including substantial work on enterprise APIs, integration platforms, or distributed business systems. * Strong hands-on experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, SQL Server, REST APIs, JSON contracts, and OpenAPI/Swagger. Experience implementing data-access repositories using parameterized SQL and stored procedures is highly preferred. * Strong SQL Server experience, including relational data modeling, stored procedures, transactions, indexing, query tuning, and data-integrity controls. * Experience
