Anchor is seeking a seasoned, innovative, and versatile Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. In this role, you will architect, develop, and scale high-performance applications spanning multiple programming paradigms. Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain robust, high-performance software components utilizing **C*, C++, C#, and** Python*.
• Integrate cutting-edge AI and machine learning models into core product pipelines to enhance automation and intelligence.
• Optimize system latency, memory management, and cross-platform compatibility across diverse environments.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical architectures.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software development experience in a production environment.
• Advanced proficiency in **C*, C++, C#, and** Python*.
• Proven experience working with AI frameworks, models, or machine learning integration into software workflows.
• Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals, data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
