Astrion has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Operational Energy Financial Analyst/Manager
to join our team in support of the Office of Operational Energy Innovation (OE-I) within the Office of the Under Secretary of War for Acquisition & Sustainment (OUSW(A&S)).

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS* Active Top Secret Clearance, must be SCI eligible * Bachelor’s degree (finance/accounting preferred); Master’s Degree strongly preferred * 11–15 years of experience in financial management, technical analysis, or defense acquisition support * Minimum of 5 years of experience with MIPR scheduling and DAI DoW financial systems * Strong knowledge of DoD Form 7600 series, DoD 7000.14-R Financial Management Regulations * Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
* Active TS/SCI clearance * Experience with OSD-level program offices, space/nuclear energy initiatives, or operational energy portfolios * Familiarity with DoD acquisition, budgeting, and strategic planning processes
