About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Manager of Finance and Operations to provide critical insights through analytics. This person will own corporate finance, operations, and HR support end-to-end. Reporting to the Senior Director of Finance, you'll partner directly with leadership on strategic decisions. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, is adept at relationship building, and is a skilled cross-functional collaborator.

Responsibilities

• Generate and maintain timely, accurate, and detailed financial models to support both short- and long-term strategic plans
• Create, update, and publish monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow forecasts for all business segments
• Maintain and evolve the 13-week cash flow and operating models and share daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• Work cross-functionally on budgeting, variance reporting, and ad hoc projects
