The Senior Full Stack Engineer builds and evolves the NBA platform's Action Library and Command Center experience, the operational system used by business and program teams to create, configure, govern, and publish member actions across the enterprise. Built on React, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and Kafka-based integration patterns, the platform serves as the primary control plane for authoring and managing actions throughout the member journey. This is a hands-on engineering role with a strong front-end focus: you design and build modern user experiences, develop the APIs and services that support them, and partner closely with product, design, and platform teams to deliver scalable, production-ready solutions.Key Responsibilities ------------------------

• Front-end engineering — Design and build responsive, accessible, and performant user interfaces using React and TypeScript.
• Full stack development — Deliver features across the stack, including React applications, Node.js/Fastify services, PostgreSQL data models, and platform integrations.
• Action Library development — Build capabilities that allow business users to create, configure, version, preview, govern, and publish member actions.
• API engineering — Develop and maintain REST APIs using contract-first principles, shared TypeScript models, and schema validation patterns.
• Data modeling — Design and implement PostgreSQL schemas, queries, and data access patterns that support reliable and performant user experiences.
• Workflow integration — Develop integrations with orchestration, decisioning, and Kafka-based publishing services to ensure actions flow reliably through the NBA ecosystem.
• User experience design — Translate complex business workflows into intuitive experiences that improve efficiency, usability, and adoption.
