### About the Team

The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team partners closely with leaders across Outreach to provide the financial insights and strategic guidance that help drive informed business decisions. The team plays a critical role in planning, forecasting, performance management, and helping the business understand the financial impact of its investments and priorities. As part of the broader Finance organization, FP&A operates in a highly collaborative environment, working cross-functionally to bring together financial data, business context, and thoughtful analysis.
