Senior Finance Manager

Job Summary

The Finance Manager is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and performance of the company’s financial operations. This role provides strong oversight of operating results, working capital management, financial reporting, forecasting, internal controls, and cash flow. It also acts as a key business partner and liaison with leaders across the wider Volaris Group.

The Finance Manager translates financial results and business drivers into practical recommendations that support informed decision-making. The role supports potential M&A activities and utilizes technology to improve the quality and speed of finance outputs.

Key Responsibilities

* Financial Planning & Analysis

o Coordinates the development of budgets and forecasts.

• Analyzes financial data to support strategic decisions.
• Identifies trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Reporting & Compliance
• Prepares financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensures compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Coordinates audits and liaises with auditors.
• Budget Management
• Oversees departmental budgets.

• Cash Flow & Treasury Management
• Manages cash flow, liquidity, and banking relationships.
