1. About the Role

We build and deliver software for clients who expect working systems, not slideware. This role sits within a delivery squad, you own features end to end, from shaping the specification through to production, and you do it with AI coding agents as a standard part of how you work.

We're not looking for someone who has simply used Copilot. We're looking for an engineer who has changed how they build because of these tools: writing specifications an agent can execute against, reviewing generated code with real rigor, and knowing when to stop delegating and write it yourself.

You should be language-agnostic by nature. Most of our work is in .NET, Node.js, or Java, but the engineer we want treats the runtime as an implementation detail and picks up whatever the engagement requires.

2. What You'll Do

• Own delivery of features and services end to end – design, build, test, deploy, and support.
• Work directly with clients and product stakeholders to turn ambiguous requirements into specifications precise enough to build against.
• Use AI coding agents as a primary tool: decompose work into agent-executable units, drive them through implementation, and hold the output to the same review standards as human-written code.
