The Senior Demand Generation Manager is responsible for developing and executing integrated demand generation strategies that create, accelerate, and measure pipeline growth within assigned regions, industries, or market segments. This role owns end-to-end demand generation planning and performance — utilizing digital campaigns, ABM, webinars, nurture programs, partner programs, SDR alignment, content activation, and field marketing integration. The Senior Demand Generation Manager is accountable for pipeline performance, forecasting, optimization, and revenue impact — while serving as a strategic advisor and thought leader across the marketing organization. This is a role for someone who brings a data-driven mindset, strong cross-functional instincts, and a passion for driving measurable business outcomes. Your Role Responsibilities? • Develop and execute demand generation plans aligned to pipeline, revenue, and growth objectives — owning demand strategy for assigned regions, industries, or market segments and building quarterly and annual pipeline generation plans that proactively identify risks and opportunities.
• Design and execute integrated demand programs utilizing digital campaigns, webinars, nurture programs, ABM, partner programs, and sales activation motions — leveraging AI-enabled tools and automation to improve efficiency, scale, and performance across the buyer journey.
• Monitor pipeline health and recommend actions to improve performance and conversion rates — operating with full accountability for measurable pipeline contribution, forecasting, optimization, and business outcomes.
