*A Day in the Life* The Cloud Senior Engineer is responsible for supporting complex engineering initiatives across the Microsoft cloud environment, with a primary focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, the Power Platform, and related Microsoft cloud technologies, ensuring alignment between technical execution and business objectives. This role helps design, develop, test and support solutions while managing risks, dependencies, and delivery outcomes across multiple initiatives. The Cloud Senior Engineer contributes technical expertise to assigned initiatives while continuously improving skills and delivery effectiveness. * Leads end-to-end delivery of complex Microsoft cloud solutions and initiatives, including Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives, technical standards, quality expectations, and delivery outcomes. * Establishes and enforces engineering standards, development methodologies, governance practices, and security requirements across the Microsoft cloud environment. * Oversees solution architecture and design to ensure scalability, reliability, maintainability, and alignment with enterprise standards. * Guides the integration of Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure services, and third-party applications through APIs and connected technologies. * Partners with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and engineering teams to translate business needs into effective technical solutions. * Plans, prioritizes, and coordinates cross-functional engineering teams and workstreams across the Microsoft cloud portfolio to achieve successful delivery outcomes. * Monitors delivery performance and proactively manages risks, dependencies, technical challenges, competing priorities, and complex delivery issues to meet timelines, budgets, and quality
